We pride ourselves in focusing on providing quality furniture that’s affordable. Our shopping experience makes it simple to get those pieces you really want. Taking the hassle out of getting your furniture home, we’ll deliver and can even assemble it and remove the packaging for you.

Do you want to change things up? No need to worry! You can swap your items, extend any items, or simply have us collect them!

We try and deliver to you as fast as possible as we know how painful it can be to wait to get your furniture. We always aim to deliver within 14 days, but usually are able to deliver within a week. Delivery is done Monday through Friday.

Don't stress, we know life happens! We want you to use the furniture as your own as it’s made for living. We can typically get most stains out to make the furniture look as-good-as-new once we receive the furniture back at the end of your subscription. For minor cleaning or spills, reference our Furniture Care Guide for best practices. For more extensive stains or damages, please contact us so we can discuss and evaluate next steps.

At Homebound we want to make sure you're happy with the products you are getting. We also know it can be hard to pick furniture online. So to give you peace of mind we offer a 14 day cancellation policy.

This gives you 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind. This can be done on any products in your order.
