What are the costs involved in home staging?
Each property is different so we provide a bespoke quotation based off the floor plan and/or photos.
How long does home staging take?
Staging typically takes 2 days but it does depend on the size of the property.
Can I tailor the furniture and decor to my taste?
Of course we're happy to fulfil requests and requirements, however we have an experienced team that will carefully consider the target demographic for your property sale. There is no facility to pick and chose items given the nature of staging.
Do I need to vacate the property for staging?
Yes, typically our staging service is for empty properties. However, if you are living there just ket us know and we will accommodate.
How long can I keep the staged furniture in my home?
The initial term for staging is 3 months. However, it can be extended a month at a time following this. The furniture can stay until your property is sold.
What happens if the furniture gets damaged?
Staging furniture is not to be used, and we request that our clients obtain contents insurance.
What areas do you service for home staging?
We are mainly focused in London and the Home Counties, but if you are further afield we are still able to help.
Can I purchase the furniture used for staging?
Yes, everything is available to purchase. Often buyers will negotiate the furniture with the property purchase.
